Well, we had another first that we can check off Carter's list... His first Thanksgiving!!! It was quite a day for him, so much that he slept from 9 pm Thanksgiving night till 7am the day after!!! It was nice for mommy that he decided to sleep so late, I indulged in a little bit of wine and needed to get much needed sleep!! Hehe!! Before you all judge, sometimes a glass of wine or two or three is much needed!!!

We started off our Thanksgiving by waking up and eating some yummy breakfast casserole that I had whipped up the night before, and drinking some mimosas!! We then headed over to my parents for a mini appetizer hangout session!!! We drank a few beers, Carter played with Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Nikki!! It was a nice relaxing afternoon!!!

We then headed to the Schmidts for family dinner. Carter got to meet his Great-Grandma Lillian for the first time (Kathy's mom) and boy did she sure get a kick out of him. She loved holding him, so much that when he decided he was ready to eat Grandma didn't want to let go!!!

We ended out night with a very tired little boy and two tired parents!!! A successful Thanksgiving if I might say so!!!
