On our day off last week, I needed to make some cupcakes for a friend/co-worker and thought it might be a good time for Carter to get some experience cooking/baking!! Grandma and Grandpa Schmidt gave Carter an apron for Christmas, so today was the perfect day to put it to use. We got all wrapped in the apron and we got to work.
Carter loves being on the counter so this task involved standing and sitting on the counter while we whipped up the cupcakes. It was a lot of fun. I think he enjoyed the egg cracking the best, but he was pretty good at stirring all the stuff up!!
